MEET OUR LEADERS

Every member of the LifeChange ministry family is vital to our effectiveness on God’s mission. Our Board of Directors and Executive Staff hold no special position in God’s sight but rather aim to serve, encourage, and equip our whole team as fellow followers of Jesus. Joshua Guido
Joshua GuidoExecutive Director

My name is Joshua Guido and I’ve been involved in children’s ministry for 20 years. After serving as a missionary with Child Evangelism Fellowship, I founded LifeChange Action. In addition to a love for travel, I love leading my staff but above all else I love seeing precious children reached with the love of Jesus.

Michelle and I were married in June 1983. We have 3 children by birth, 4 by adoption, and have fostered many children. I served as a pilot in the Fleet Marine Force for 27 years. About 6 years into that adventure, God used the circumstances of life, His people, and His Word to bring us to repentance. Since that time, God called us to full-time service with Officers’ Christian Fellowship (ocfusa.org) in Pensacola FL. Our years of experience in the Marines and Naval Aviation is put to good use here as we serve Christ teaching and mentoring the young officers attending Naval Flight training. We have supported children through a variety of ministries to include LifeChange Action. It is a privilege to serve on the Board of Directors for LifeChange Action.

Call me Kate. I’m a full time student and full time mom. Born and raised in Waterbury, CT and now reside in New Britain with my husband and our toddler aged son. I am currently pursuing a degree in elementary education at Central Connecticut State University and am preparing to take my passion of working with children into my classroom. I have also taken that passion into the mission fields of Mexico and the Dominican Republic. My passion for music has allowed me to lead worship at my church. Through all of these areas in my life, I am learning how to trust God as He provides me with multiple opportunities for leadership.

God has provided us with two joint ministry centers in Tijuana, Mexico. These buildings are currently used for huge birthday and Christmas parties, weekly Bible clubs, hosting missionaries, and much more.
